The 2016 New Jersey Statewide Allied Masonic Degrees In-Gathering was held on Saturday August 6, 2016 at Burlington Lodge No.32 located at Burlington Mount Holly Rd (Rt. 541), Burlington, NJ 08016.
Two Southern NJ Councils co-hosted this year's in-gathering: - J. Howard Haring No. 116 and Frederick T. Meyer No. 189.
The program included the conferral of these two grades:
•Master of Tyre degree
•Knight of Constantinople degree
and the following lectures:
•"Silent Speech: Is the Secret of Masonry at our Fingertips?" by Venerable Scott Gothe, J. Howard Haring No. 116
•"Masonic Temperance" Venerable Mark Isaacs, by KMT Council No. 511
•"Making Good Men Better: An Essay on Determination vs Free Will"; by Venerable Howard Kanowitz, J. Howard Haring No. 116
•The Obligation & Penalty of the First Degree and its Present Day Relevance." - by Venerable Mike Canavan, Sovereign Master -DaVinci No. 477
Most Venerable Lawrence E. Tucker, Sovereign Grand Master, was represented by R.V. Mohamad A. Yatim, Junior Grand Deacon.
The event was very well attended and it was once again a great success.
